Refund policy

At The NA Beverage Company, our goal is to ensure that all our customers are satisfied with their orders. Due to the perishable nature of beverage products, we are unable to accept returns for drinks. However, if your items arrive damaged or do not meet your expectations, please contact us, and we’ll make it right.

For damaged items or any concerns, please take a photo and email us at info@thenabeveragecompany.com. We’re here to work with you to find a resolution.

Merchandise Returns

For non-beverage items such as merchandise, we accept returns. Please contact us via email at info@thenabeveragecompany.com to start the return process.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@thenabeveragecompany.com.
